In an effort to give each client a fair and accurate quote, we come to your home and discuss EXACTLY what services you want done and what you hope to accomplish by hiring us.  This could be to:  Free up time to relax with family; Come home to a super clean house after a long week hard week; Clean a new house prior to moving in; Clean your current house to get it ready to show prospective buyers.

We will quote you a maximum dollar amount for the job you request.  We will discuss the expected number of hours and staff needed.  The quoted amount is the maximum amount we will charge.  HOWEVER, if the job actually requires less time than the quote, you will be charged less.  We charge by the man hour worked - in our case it is frequently the "woman hour".

Quotes and pricing work the same way for both Primary and Secondary Services.  You do not pay at the time of the job, all clients are invoiced once a month.
